• The next best option is the local junkyard.  This is a great option considering all cars that hit this graveyard are not completely destroyed.  Plus, you get a great deal on sets of cheap car rims.  You are not likely to find tires because after they sit a while they tend to not be in the best of shape.
• Check out online stores like Discounted Wheel Warehouse, Wheelfire, and Amazon auto listings.
  Should you choose to go local look at auto parts stores like Napa Auto Parts, O'Reiley's, or Advanced Auto.
• If all else fails, advertise for what you are looking for.  Yes, that means taking up an add in the paper, a blog, Craigslist, or some other source where car enthusiasts post their parts and pieces. 

Once you have an idea of what you want from your shopping it will become easier.  Cheap car rims are easier to find than most other auto parts, so do not get discouraged.
